What I Baked: Mini Chocolate Chip Biscotti. Today it was time to get down to holiday business and bake the day away. So I strapped on my apron and got to work. Biscotti literally means twice cooked in English and I have a picture of my ‘before the oven’ loaves for your viewing pleasure. The after picture is the post round two bake. After about 20 minutes you take the loaves out of the oven and slice them into long strips and then put them back in the oven for about 10 more minutes. I was planning on taking a slicing action photo, but things got messy. So instead of three pics all you get are two. Also, these are made with mini chips because mini anything is more glamorous than regular size everything.
