I’ve been trying to focus better on my overall health and well being lately so I thought it rather appropriate to share my favorite supplement, Omega 3 fish oil, as my raved about weekly product!
The benefits of fish oil have been touted as nothing less than amazing by naturalists and mass media for quite some time now. Fish oil’s good fats benefit the heart, eyes, and brain while reducing inflammation and increasing your metabolism. I’ve also done some reading on it’s benefits towards depression and anxiety and hope that it helps with my general nervousness.
So, if you don’t take a fish oil pill as apart of your daily routine I encourage you to. However, don’t just pick up any old bottle from the drugstore. I ONLY take New Chapter’s Wholemega Fish Oil for several reasons:
