Getting on Track with FitBit

I’ve fallen off the wagon, and admittedly it’s my own fault. Between a crazy work schedule and a summer full of weddings I’ve put on a few pounds.

I’m working on getting back on track – it means more packed lunches, more yoga and less junk food. JPC was kind enough to buy me a FitBit to help track my progress.

I’m wearing this bad boy night and day to track my steps, my calories and even my sleep. The FitBit syncs with my iPhone through an app and I can ‘compete’ with friends for the most steps taken.

Sitting at a desk all day, this really shows me just how much I don’t move around. The app help motivates me to get up and take breaks by walking around. I know it’s going to take more than a band and an app to help me get there, but I’m trying to focus in again and really work to get strong!
