To Make: Oven Roasted Spicy Chickpeas

How is everyone recovering from the holiday? I’m back at work but a bit slow moving. I’m looking forward to sharing holiday photos, but until then – something quick, easy and healthy to get you back on track: 

With the kitchen a mess, it’s been hard to do anything let alone cook. We were finally able to hook the oven back up and I needed to make something quick, easy and healthy. This recipe for Spicy Oven Roasted Chickpeas from Chow.com is a must. 


All you do is toss 2 cans of rinsed chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt and you’re good to go. Roast for 40 minutes at 400 and you’ll be snacking in no time.
