I LOVE Indian food. It’s one of my favorite take-out cuisines for a night in (the spicier the better). The only problem is that I usually end up spending close to $40 for a quick takeout meal, which is fine – it’s fantastic food and the restaurant is a block from my house, so I’m happy to support it. I just can’t justify it every time I have the craving.
But look! I’ve found amazing and less expensive alternative at the grocer. JPC and I decided to try this all natural brand on a whim, and love it!
It’s super easy too. I throw on the rice cooker while browning up some cubed chicken in coconut oil, then pour the jar of sauce all over it and let it simmer for 25 minutes. Voila, dinner is served!
