This post is a two-fer. Its a two-fer because I’m not comfortable dedicating an entire post to my new romantic relationship, so I also thought I would write about something related that I love- my favorite bar in his neighborhood- ABC the Tavern.
Blogging about a significant other is such a toss up- and is usually is recipe for disaster. That being said, this blog is dedicated to all things me and this man is very much a part of me now- even if it is new. I moved back to Cleveland looking for everything but a boyfriend- a new job, new friends, a new apartment. A relationship wasn’t on my radar and I didn’t plan for one to become apart of my equation. Then we met and instantly I knew I had to throw it all out the window. So here I am, almost 90 days home and the only thing I have figured out and have confidence in is this man and this relationship. They always say things come when you are least looking for it and it couldn’t be more true.
We’ve been spending endless amount of time together and alot of that time is spent at ABC. Aside from having some of the greatest burgers on earth ( they are also opening a new outpost called XYZ, adorbs!) I really feel like over beers and burgers is where the two of us have gotten to know the most about each other. Clearly food and beverage are a huge part of my life and what better way to figure out a man’s true feelings then when I drop a burger bun on the floor and have a few too many IPA’s.
For now that’s all I’ll say, because I really believe some things and feelings are better left off the internet, but I can say that I hope he will be around and on the blog for the long haul.
